More about automations

In Voma, you can implement a variety of automations to streamline your workflow, marketing, and customer experience. For example, you can set up automations to grant content access upon a product purchase (as well as order bumps, upsells and bonuses) or to tag customers if they abandon their cart. Additionally, you can configure automations for opt-ins that activate when someone fills out your opt-in form, and get notified when someone cancels their subscription.

You can also create automations for payment processes and monitor LMS logins and progress within courses or digital products.

How to set automations within your offer

Each platform that you integrate with Voma has its own features regarding what happens when an automation is fired. You can explore the different platform features here.

The type of automation determines what will trigger the automation to fire.

  • Abandon Cart: Triggered when someone abandons the cart
  • Purchase: Triggered when someone purchases the main product
  • Bonuses: Triggered when someone receives a bonus

  • Cancel main product subscription: Triggered when someone cancels their subscription for the main product, if the main product is a subscription
  • Cancel upsell subscription: Triggered when someone cancels their subscription for the upsell, if the upsell is a subscription
