Navigating and using the Customers dashboard

This guide will show you how to navigate and use the Customers dashboard. You’ll be able to view & manage customer details, and grant or remove access to products.

In the Customers dashboard, you can view or edit personal information and see the order history of your customers. You can also also add or remove customers, and grant or remove access to products.

 

📑  Note: Some of these functions can also be performed via the Products or Orders dashboards.

View your customers

 

To view a list of your customers (these are users who made a purchase, or were granted access to a product or bundle), click on Customers.


Edit customer details

 

To edit a customer’s details, select the customer and click Edit Details. Here you’ll be able to edit the name, last name and email address of the specific customer.


Add a new customer

 

Click New Customer to add a new user, and complete the customer details like their name, last name and email address. You can also grant access from this screen by choosing the product or bundle you want to give the user access to. Click Save.


Remove a customer  

 

To remove a customer, select the customer you want to remove and click Delete. Tick the box to confirm that you understand that the action can’t be undone, and click Delete User.

 


View order history

 

To access orders from a specific customer, select the customer you want to view the order history for, and click on the Orders tab.

Here, you'll see the list of orders that specific customer has placed. Click on an order to see even more details about that specific order.

 

You will see details like:

  • Customer Name and Email
  • Billing Address
  • Payment Details
  • Offer and Offer URL
  • Product Details
  • Price and Payment Type 
  • Taxes & Discount
  • and other details

 


Grant or remove customer access

 

Granting customer access to a product or bundle

 

  1. Select the customer to whom you want to grant access.
  2. Click on the Access tab and select the product or bundle you want to give the customer access to from the dropdown list. (Products are shown at the top and Bundles at the bottom of the dropdown list.)
  3. As soon as you click Grant Access, the product will show on the customer's product list and they will have immediate access to it.

 

Removing customer access to a product or bundle

 

Select the customer whose access you want to remove. Click on the Access tab and click on the icon to remove access to a specific product or bundle.
