This guide will show you how to grant or remove customer access to any digital product, course, or bundle that you sell.
When a customer submits an order on one of your Voma offer pages, they will automatically be granted access to all of the products in their order. This includes any bundles & bonuses, and any bumps and/or upsells if they selected them.
But there may be times when you want to manually grant someone access that has not already been granted access automatically through purchase.
This guide will show you how to manually manage customer or user access. You'll be able to see which customers have access to specific products or bundles, modify customer details, and grant or revoke customer access from either the Products or Customers dashboards.
๐ Note: Users can use Google or an email address to log in in order to access LMS content.
