How to make changes to your customers' subscriptions if they contact you.
If a customer wants to manage their own subscriptions, they can use the customer portal that is automatically created with your Voma account.

Log in to your Stripe account
Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/dashboard to log in to your Stripe dashboard.
Search for the customer's name or email address
At the top of the screen, enter your customer's name or email address into the Search field:
Update your customer's account and/or subscription(s)
On the customer page in Stripe, you can make any requested changes to the customer's account and/or subscription(s):
