In this guide, we will use ActiveCampaign as an example of how to set up automations for your email platform when someone submits a offer in Voma.

Prerequisites

Before you can import products and prices from Stripe, please verify:

• You have integrated with your email platform or Zapier
• You have created an offer

Create an automation that is triggered when someone purchases the main product

Go to the Automations tab of the offer editor and click Add Automation:

Select On purchase main product as the automation trigger:


This trigger happens when someone purchases the main product defined in the Product & Pricing tab of the offer editor.

Select your action and action details (i.e. name of list, tag, etc.), and then click Add:



The automation will now be visible on the Automations page:

Create an automation that is triggered when someone purchases the order bump

Go to the Automations tab of the offer editor and click Add Automation:



Select On purchase order bump as the automation trigger:



Please note that this trigger will only be displayed if you have enabled an order bump on your offer.

Select your action and action details (i.e. name of list, tag, etc.), and then click Add:



The automation will now be visible on the Automations page:

Create an automation that is triggered when someone purchases the upsell

Go to the Automations tab of the offer editor and click Add Automation:



Select On purchase upsell as the automation trigger:



Please note that the On purchase upsell trigger will only be available if you have added an upsell to your offer.

Select your action and action details (i.e. name of list, tag, etc.), and then click Add:



The automation will now be visible on the Automations page:

Create an automation that is triggered when someone cancels their subscription for the main product

Please note: this automation will only be available for your offer if you have a subscription main product on your offer.

Go to the Automations tab of the offer editor and click Add Automation:



Select On cancel subscription for main product as the automation trigger:



Please note that the On cancel subscription for main product trigger will only be available if your main product defined in the Product & Pricing tab is a subscription.

Select your action and action details (i.e. name of list, tag, etc.), and then click Add:



The automation will now be visible on the Automations page:

Create an automation that is triggered when someone cancels their subscription for the order bump

Please note: this automation will only be available for your offer if you have a subscription order bump enabled on your offer.

Go to the Automations tab of the offer editor and click Add Automation:



Select On cancel subscription for order bump as the automation trigger:



Please note that the On cancel subscription for order bump trigger will only be available if your order bump on the offer is a subscription.

Select your action and action details (i.e. name of list, tag, etc.), and then click Add:



The automation will now be visible on the Automations page:

Create an automation that is triggered when someone cancels their subscription for the upsell

Please note: this automation will only be available for your offer if you have a subscription upsell enabled on your offer.

Go to the Automations tab of the offer editor and click Add Automation:



Select On cancel subscription for upsell as the automation trigger:



Please note that the On cancel subscription for upsell trigger will only be available if the upsell on your offer is a subscription.

Select your action and action details (i.e. name of list, tag, etc.), and then click Add:



The automation will now be visible on the Automations page:

GDPR automations

• If you have integrated Voma with one of our direct email integrations and enabled the GDPR checkbox on your offer, Voma will automatically apply tags to subscribers in your email platform in some cases:
  
• If someone checks the GDPR checkbox when submitting the offer, add "Voma - GDPR consent" tag to your email platform
  

If someone is in EU when submitting the offer, add "Voma - Customer in EU" tag to your email platform
